1. Go to menu Survey
2. Click Create button. The system will show window to create survey, fill your information (topic, start date and end date).
3. Click Create button to save.
4. Click on your Survey that you've created before to add questions to the survey.
5. Click New Question button to create a question.
6. Click at New to create a question.
7. There are 4 types of questions to create as follow.
- Learning Outcome-Based Question
1. Create a question
2. Click Select button to select class learning outcome.
3. Click at expected level.
4. Click Save to save a question. - Rating
1. Create a question
2. Rating a question by putting a number (1-5) or wording (less-more)
3. Click at expected level.
4. Click Save to save a question. - Short Answer
1. Create a question.
2. Define a expected answer.
3. Click Save to save a question. - Multiple Choices
1. Create a question.
2. You can Add unlimited options or Add Other.
3. Click at your expected.
4. Choose whether a Single Selection or Multiple Selection.
5. Click Save to save a question.
8. Go back to Summary tab.
9. Click Set date button to set the start-due date for this survey. (If you don't set a start date, the student will not able to see/do this survey)
